Monkey Masturbating Controversy

He's always wanted to be a cartoonist. He drew comics for the school paper. He drew pieces published by Reader's Digest, but he's never been in a newspaper, and he dreams of being syndicated.
He starts a daily web comic to give himself an outlet. He's not nearly as popular as he thought he could be. Until he starts making cartoons. Little animated shorts, and he thinks this could be the thing that makes him famous.
It started with the introduction of the star. An adorable monkey- banana in hand, round belly always full. His weekly adventures brought even more fans. As it is with the web, he gets a better response and a higher viewership when the monkey gets in trouble.
It is with this he decides to introduce "A Monkey's Guide to Masturbation".
Fame comes fast, as word spreads.
"Have you seen the monkey masturbating cartoon?"
Friends ask friends, emails are sent, fan sites are set up, it has been dugg over four thousand times.
T-shirts have been sold, banana sales among teen boys have seen an increase.
It isn't until FOX News asks it's viewers if they've seen "The Disturbing Cartoon Your Kids Are Watching" that his site is flooded with letters of indignation and outrage.
MAMM (Mothers Against Masturbating Monkeys) have sent out petitions to have his site shut down. They have been on news stations warning against the heathen cartoonist and his sick fantasies. They are at soccer games, amusement parks, outside of grocery stores, and he is famous.
He is invited to stand off against the Head Mother on national T.V. He readily accepts as he's always maintained: "Dude, it's just a cartoon."
Millions of people tune in to watch.
The Mother is heated in her twin-set and pearls. He is sitting up straight in his new hoodie.
She throws close minded arguments his way, he lobs back with an easy-going, "It's a Cartoon."
It's his mantra, and the only words he seems to be saying. When the Mother brings up a portion of the cartoon she has seen he does correct her, "Monkey doesn't actually show how to use all the parts of the banana. He merely discusses the merit of keeping the skin of the fruit nearby." He goes on to explain, "I've never actually drawn Monkey doing any of the thing he talks about. That's the funny part. You get to decide what monkey is doing and you get to decide if it's something you would like to try."
Mother is outraged.
She sputters and gasps, but before she can say anything else he says to the camera,
"Dude, it's just a fucking cartoon".
Millions of T.V.s go to a commercial.

Incredible Hulk-End

It's a party.
The Hulk has been invited by his best friend, but he has decided not to go. He believes his friend is the one behind the crime wave, but he can't figure out how the product is being made. He decides to sneak into the party so as to gain more knowledge. He is hiding high above the banquet room, behind the large decorative vases. He can see the revelers and their children, and his friend, the life of the party. There is an anxious feeling about, and it isn't before long when we discover why. A few select members of the party-goers are slipping into another room. the Hulk cannot see what's going on, but we can.
Syringes are being passed out and they are filled with a small amount of a glowing green liquid. Quickly injected, the group of people visibly become more muscular, a little taller, broader, and a little bustier for some. They don't seem to notice that their eyes, along with their skin is slightly green.
They join the party once again, and the Hulk notices their differences, especially when one child starts crying after a too-strong hug from his mother. He knows now that the miracle elixir has been made and it's out in the public. He knows that the crime wave will only get worse. He knows that his friend has developed something very dangerous. He also knows he is not going to be able to fix this by himself.
He goes home and starts to prepare for war.

Incredible Hulk-Part Two

It is only when the Hulk is at his maddest that he is able to become a superhero. He does get mad easily and it's been a long time in learning to calm himself before he smashes everything in sight. It was during his therapy sessions he realized he could do the city a greater good by harnessing his powers. It was at work when his best friend would discuss the strength of the Hulk, and the possibility of harnessing those powers. It was after hours when the Hulk would slightly change the formulas his colleague had worked on so no one would know this power.
When his best friend decided to head out on his own and was given his own lab by the pharmaceutical conglomerate, he could only hope the idea of having his power in medicinal form would be untouched as it had gone wrong so many times before.
But that was not to be.
The city is being hit with a crime wave.
Banks are being robbed, security guards are hurt, and the citizens are scared. It is night when the Hulk sees the crime taking place. Men are able to smash through the walls of the bank, and they band together to pull the door off the vault. He rushes in, but they are ready for him. They aren't as strong as him, but together they are formidable. The Hulk is getting a beat-down and he doesn't like it. Worse, others are running off with the money and he cannot hold all these men back. He does his best to subdue a few men but he knows he is running out of time and he cannot be found out. He gives one last roar, throwing the men on him into the street before heading into the alleys.
The men have made quite a haul and bring it back to their headquarters in a raucous mood. They lay all the money on a table before the Hulk's best friend. He has developed a way to make men stronger, but he is running out of funds to produce it fast enough and he can't quite seem to get rid of the side effect that gives the men a green tinge.

The Incredible Hulk-Part One

The Incredible Hulk is a brilliant scientist. He and his colleagues are constantly working on finding the next big drug to cure what ails the world. He just has this alter ego he's been hiding for his adult life.
Not only is he a crime-fighter in his spare time, he's a big green one. He has not gone unnoticed, but no one is able to find out any information about him. It's just come to be known that crime will not be tolerated because the seriously un-jolly giant will come and knock some sense into the perpetrators.
The city he lives in is a more peaceful community nowadays. People feel safer, and they have good reason to.
His best friend, another scientist and doctor has realized that there is much more money in developing performance enhancing drugs than there is is in curing cancer. He has made friends with many star athletes and even some movie stars and rock stars. He throws lavish parties, but never forgets to invite his best friend. There had been times when the Hulk couldn't make it, or left early, but sometimes it was fine to not have him nearby. The Hulk is a little bit nerdy, and it seems to multiply when he's near someone famous. The two realize that the Hulk doesn't have to come to every party and the friend doesn't have to invite him. They will always have other time they can spend together, and they are still colleagues.
They try their best, but a rift is forming. They are leading different lives. And there are those terrible tantrums of the Hulk's to put up with every once in a while.

Superman, End

Weeks have gone by; Superman has begun training himself again, and his older brother seems to have returned to his normal self.
It's a gray day in Hollywood. It's overcast, and muggy. It does rain in Southern California every once in a while, and it looks and feels like it might begin soon. The older kids arrive home from school in big brother's new car. He got it for his birthday. The youngest is already home and plans are being made for everyone to stay in and enjoy some family time.
An uneventful evening at best, it's dark out, and the family is enjoying being together. They are indulging the youngest by playing games, and discussing pressing issues with Mom and Dad.
The evening continues with the family watching a movie and then retiring to their bedrooms. It's been a nice night, something they haven't remembered doing in quite some time.
It's a little past midnight when they hear the screams. Wind and rain is doing it's best to drown out her cries, but they can be heard. Running out to the foyer, Superman sees his sister dangling precariously from the third floor balcony. The only thing to catch her fall is the marble tile beneath her. She's losing her grasp, and she's screaming to be saved.
Superman's mother is screaming, Dad is on his phone, little brother is crying, and older brother is watching Superman to see what he will do.
So many questions run through everyone's minds, while everyone is shouting and crying and trying to figure out how best to help.
Older brother-Will Superman fly up to save her?
Superman-Will he stand there and do nothing so as to not out himself?
Did older brother set this up? Is it a trap?
Mom and Dad-Who can help? What can be done? Why is the phone not working?
Superman is frantically thinking, sweating, and pacing.
When sister's hand looks as if it can hold her no longer, the lights go out.
More screams can be heard.
The lights come back on in a flash, and sister is on her feet beneath the balcony.
Everyone is astounded.
Again questions run through their heads.
Mom and Dad-How did she land? Is she hurt?
Older brother-How did he save her?! Why do his plans never work?! Will no one ever know what he knows?
Superman-Why didn't I do anything? How could I just stand here? What kind of monster am I?
Before they can rush to sister, she gives a loud purr, stretches and begins to lick her few wounds.
Close-up on her slight feline features lets everyone know she landed on her feet and will always be able to save herself.
Close-up of Superman, face in anguish as he takes off again into the stormy night.

Superman, Part Three

Superman decides to make the most of his new self and sets about practicing his new powers so that he can better control them. He jumps a little higher, runs a little faster, and flies above the Hollywood Hills late at night. He's also figured out that shiny green rock his brother had makes him weak, so he hides it deep in the Valley. It's upon his return home that night, as he flies in through that third floor window that his oldest brother sees him. Convinced it isn't the weed he has smoked, his older brother knows he has seen his adopted brother fly.
He never understood why his parents would adopt a son, since they already had him, and then had two more kids. He knows that if he can prove that Superman is a flying freak, his parents will see what he has always known- there is something wrong with their second oldest. He then devises various plots to out Superman. He puts cats up trees, punches holes in tires, removes fences and warning signs.
The more Superman fixes things and saves the day, the more manic his brother gets in trying to set him up. He sets buildings on fire, cuts brake lines, and yet, Superman is there to save everyone but none is the wiser as to how he got there so fast or is seemingly unhurt.
Meanwhile, Superman knows his own brother is setting these traps for him. He tries to talk to him, but his brother has become more withdrawn, constantly muttering to himself. He refuses to speak with anyone in the family, and has shunned most of his friends, preferring to sleep all day and go out at night. Superman puts his training on hold, as he doesn't want to risk being seen by anyone else in his house. Things are calmer after this, but an uneasiness has come to settle between the two brothers.

Superman, Part Two

While Superman is fleeing from the shame he will bring his family, he notices that when he concentrates he can make most of himself and the horse become invisible. He also notices that the horse seems to get quite a good deal of air when jumping over items on the ground. With this, he decides to disrobe, throw the blanket over the both of them and take to the air. Disrobing, it seems, helps him to concentrate on less items to make invisible and makes for a lighter load in flight. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work, so throughout the country a few people are convinced they have seen a man flying, or a horse flying, or a flying carpet in some cases. Somewhere over the Midwest, a man asks his wife, Ma, to get the shotgun.
Newspaper images and celebrity bloggers are running the headlines of "Producers son disappears!", "Why did he take the horse?", "Are drugs involved?", and "Producer's Missing Son Seen in Amsterdam!"
It's only been a few days since Superman decided to leave home, but he knows that his disappearance is actually bringing more scrutiny to his family as they are fairly high-profile. He makes the decision to return home, and does so by returning the horse first.
He enters his home to little fanfare. He thinks that if he pretends to just have been on a bender, he will be forgiven much easier as all his older brother's friends have gotten into some kind of similar trouble. His mother is glad to see him, his older brother merely looks at him, and his dad shakes his hand. It is his younger brother that mentions he has missed him, while his sister merely asks if he's okay. He retires to the third floor loft space that he used to build forts in with his brother. It overlooks the marble-tiled foyer, and he watches his family go on with their lives.
Newspaper images flash that the missing son is home, with no answers as to where he is been. They then flash that another starlet is in rehab and another politician has committed a crime. With that, the disappearance of a seemingly normal son of a Hollywood producer is no longer worthy of a Perez Hilton blurb.

The Superman Dream-Part One

Superman has been feeling out of sorts lately. Weird things happen to him. He knows it's not just puberty because the health class he took said nothing about hovering, or seeing through walls. It was mainly about hair in new places, and growth he wasn't expecting at odd times. Plus, he can't seem to shake this general feeling of malaise. Sometimes he feels fine, but when he's home he feels kinda sweaty, and he can't concentrate.
His father has noticed his second-oldest son is not the same happy boy he used to be and in great rich-man form he decides his son needs a horse. The whole family piles into the large SUV and heads off to a breeder to pick the horse of Superman's dreams. Superman is feeling sick that day, and it's only me (the movie viewer) that notices the new good luck charm the youngest brother has picked up and is playing with. It's a beautiful, shiny, bright green rock.
Upon arrival, Superman's sister pulls him aside and points out that he is sweating, and has not bothered to put on shoes, instead opting to wear bell peppers on his bare feet. She wasn't going to say anything but the mice nibbling on his "shoes" may bite his toes. That worries her. She also mentions he should perhaps seek medical help for his obvious addiction to drugs.
Feeling worse than ever, Superman wanders off to the far end of the ranch. He starts to feel better, but starts to cry as he does not know what is wrong with him and does not want to bring shame to his family for being such a complete freak. He's come upon a horse and is rubbing it's nose absentmindedly when he notices the horse has become invisible. This shocks him so much, he pulls his hand away and the horse comes into view. He starts shaking uncontrollably, and makes the decision to run away from home. He grabs a blanket, throws it over the horses back, jumps on and the two head off into the surrounding woods.

A brief introduction:

Usually I star in my dreams by shopping, or driving, or going on roller coasters. Albeit, I am shopping for clothes for my new boss who is convinced wax paper makes a great mini skirt. I'm also driving in off-road races in a three wheeled car, with my cat co-driver. I have been on roller coasters and people movers for the grocery store and when I'm at the library, while taking my motorcycle-license test, and when I need to get to my Grandma's house. Nice, normal dreams.
But every once in a while, I have movies. Fully fledged, plot-driven movies, complete with heroes and villains. I should mention that I do have an extensive Superman memorabilia collection, will watch any high-budget action film, am addicted to reality TV, and plan trips to the library for fun.
With that, I present the following three dreams:

"Superman"
Superman's coming of age tale.

"The Incredible Hulk"
Incredible Hulk meets his first Villain.

"Monkey Masturbation Controversy"
Web comic gets in trouble.
